Fibre break on Hvaler and parts of Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad
GlobalConnect reports a fault on a fibre connection we use to serve Hvaler among other areas. Because we receive limited information from them, there is unfortunately a limit to how much we can update.
We would also like to mention that we have been working for a long time on better outage protection for this connection, in the form of redundant routing, as we have in most places. It has unfortunately proved demanding to put in place, but it should not be far off now, so we hope to reduce problems like this one.
